Hot Chilli and Tamarind Chutney

Hot Chilli and Tamarind Chutney: Lots of hot birds eye chillies, with a lovely tang from the tamarind and lime, and only a little sugar. This is a lovely accompaniement to a curry.

Ingredients: Cider Vinegar, Chillies, Onion, Rapeseed Oil, Ginger, Turmeric, Demerara Sugar, Garlic, Tamarind, Lime juice and zest, Cumin.
