Medlar Jelly

Very limited edition as we make this from our homegrown medlars. Makes a lovely clear jelly with a taste we can only describe as a bit like toffee apples! Use it as a sweet jelly on toast or with roast meats.

Ingredients: Medlars, Sugar.
