Leek and Roast Garlic Marmalade - A lovely alternative to onion marmalade, this is made with homegrown leeks and LOTS of garlic, which is roasted first to take the sting out of it. It is a lovely sweet sticky relish which goes really well with sausages, cold meats and cheeses.

Ingredients: Sugar, Leeks (23%), Onion, Cider Vinegar, Lemon Juice, Vegetable Oil, Balsamic Vinegar, Mustard, Ginger, Salt, Pepper.
