Pumpkin and Fig Chutney

Pumpkin and Fig Chutney - A sweet and hot combination, sweetness from the pumpkin plus stickiness from the figs and a little crunch of the tiny fig seeds is finished off with a warmth from chilli flakes. A lovely chutney with cold meats and cheese or try it with a tagine or curry.

Ingredients: Pumpkin (42%), Demerera Sugar, Cider Vinegar, Onion, Dried Figs (10%), Dried Chillies, Ginger, Garlic, Coriander, Cumin, Cinnamon, Salt.
