Ploughman's Mustard Pickle - This is our version of a piccalilli. A relish with a kick! Crunchy red peppers, onions and cucumbers, in a tangy sauce flavoured with chilli flakes, mustard, turmeric and black pepper. This is a great relish for burgers, and is really good with pork pie, ham and cheese. Also makes an excellent sandwich filler.

Ingredients: Cucumber, Red Pepper, Onion, Cider Vinegar, Sugar, Cornflour, Mustard Powder, Rapeseed Oil, Dried Chilli Flakes, Turmeric, Pepper.

Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free.
