Ginger Marmalade - Half Size Jar

Half Size Jar - 120g (Please note, these jars do not have fabric lid covers)

Ingredients: Sugar, Seville Oranges, Lemons, Preserved Stem Ginger, Fresh Root Ginger.

Prepared with 26g of fruit per 100g and 57g of sugar per 100g.

Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free.

This marmalade was a Gold Winner at the 2021 Marmalade Awards at Dalemain House, Cumbria. 

The judges said "Prettily cut fine peel in orange gel. Well set. Orange and Ginger well balanced."
