Christmas in a jar! This jam contains Strawberries, Cranberries, Orange Zest and Juice, and spices. The sweetness of the strawberries is matched by the tartness of the cranberries, and the orange and spices give it a hint of mulled wine. Delicious on pancakes for a special breakfast, or scones for a Boxing Day tea.

Ingredients: Sugar, Strawberries, Cranberries, Orange zest and juice, Pectin, Cinnamon, Ground ginger, Cloves.
