Borage honey is a single flower honey, and a Great Taste Award winner.

It is very light in colour, with a delicate mild taste that goes perfectly with ice cream or in a cup of tea.

Borage is also known as Starflower which is a seeded herb commonly used in the health and beauty industry. The blue flowers are often used as a garnish in a gin and tonic or pimms.
