Really hot and sweet chilli sauce, or chilli jam, made with our own homegrown Bhut Jalokia chillies, part of the Naga group of chillies, which are some of the hottest you can get rated at 885k to 1.041m Scoville.

Great with BBQ, cheeses, on grilled chicken or halloumi, or add a dash to a sauce to add extra heat.
