Mushroom Ketchup

Mushroom Ketchup - 250ml Bottle

This is a lovely sugar free condiment made with commercial and locally foraged wild mushrooms. Great with your scrambled eggs and bacon, cheese on toast, or add a spoonful to a casserole, bolognese or gravy to add a rich flavour. Unlike some commercial varieties this is a thick consistency, just like a brown sauce.

Ingredients: Cultivated Mushrooms (66%), Wild Mushrooms (1%), Cider Vinegar, Onion, Salt, Rosemary, Cloves, Allspice, Cinnamon.

Cultivated Mushrooms used in varying amounts - Agaricus bisporus, Lentinula edodes, Pleurotus ostreatus

Wild mushroom species used in varying amounts: Boletus edulis, B. badius, B. chrysenteron, B. subtomentosus, Leccinum aurantiacum, L. scabrum, Laccaria amethystina, Pleurotus spp., Calocybe gambosa, Auricularia auricula-judae.
