Kashmir Chutney - sweet and sticky, a traditional Kashmiri style chutney, it's full of flavour but not hot. Ingredients: Apple (28%), Cider Vinegar, Dates (12%), Raisins (12%), Sugar, Ginger, Salt, Garlic, Cayenne Pepper.
Hot Chilli and Tamarind Chutney: Lots of hot birds eye chillies, with a lovely tang from the tamarind and lime, and only a little sugar. This is a lovely accompaniement to a curry. Ingredients: Cider Vinegar, Chillies, Onion, Rapeseed Oil, Ginger, Turmeric, Demerara Sugar, Garlic, Tamarind, Lime juice and zest, Cumin.
Mango Chutney - Classic accompaniment to a curry, or just as good on a sandwich. It has a little heat, combined with the lovely sweet flavour of the mangoes. Ingredients: Mango (47%), Apple, White Wine Vinegar, Brown Sugar, Onion, Ginger, Garlic, Spices, Salt, Chilli, Nigella Seeds.
Chilli and Lime Relish - Bitter, sweet and hot. This is a relish rather than a chutney, which means shorter cooking time, crunchier texture and freshness. It has quite a kick from the fresh chillies and all the tangy bitterness of the lime skins. Great with cold meats, curries or middle eastern food. Try a spoonful mixed with cous cous as a side dish. Ingredients: Onion, Sugar, Green Pepper, Cider Vinegar, Limes, Fresh Green Chillies, Mustard Seeds, Turmeric.
Fruity Courgette Chutney: Sweet and fruity, full of loads of dried fruits and spices, perfect with a curry. Ingredients: Courgettes, Cider Vinegar, Raisins, Dried Apricots, Sugar, Apple. Ginger, Salt, Mustard Seeds, Spices.
