Chutney - The BBQ Selection

Mini jars are a great idea for a single person, or if you want to try something new, or just for something you don't eat often enough for a larger jar. Each jar is enough for a couple of servings. They can also be purchased individually by choosing the variety from the main shop and then choosing the mini jar size at checkout. 

5 mini jars of home made chutney, all perfect to accompany BBQ foods. Each jar is approx 70g.

Smoky Chipotle Tomato Chutney - We grow our own Jalapeno Chillies, then smoke them in a homemade smoker. This is added to tomatoes and onions to make this lovely smoky and hot relish. Ingredients: Tomatoes (46%), Onions, Cider Viengar, Sugar, Tomato Paste, Smoked Chipotle Flakes, Sunflower Oil, Salt, Pepper.

Spiced Courgette Chutney - Made from diced courgettes, and flavoured with lots of spices, which make it full of flavour, but not heat. This is great with cold meats or pork pie, or as a side with pan fried fish, as well as BBQ food. Ingredients: Courgettes (51%), Cider Vinegar, Onion, Demerera Sugar, Sunflower Oil, Ginger, Chilli, Black Mustard Seeds.

Leek and Roast Garlic Marmalade - A lovely alternative to onion marmalade, this is made with homegrown leeks and LOTS of garlic, which is roasted first to take the sting out of it. It is a lovely sweet sticky relish which goes really well with sausages, as well as cold meats and cheeses. Ingredients: Sugar, Leeks (23%), Onion, Cider Vinegar, Lemon Juice, Vegetable Oil, Balsamic Vinegar, Mustard, Ginger, Salt, Pepper.

Redcurrant and Rosemary Chutney - Lovely with BBQ meats, roast lamb or duck, or our personal favourite is a spoonful on top of a camenbert before baking in the oven, then dip crusty bread in. Ingredients: Redcurrants (37%), Sugar, Onion, Red Wine Vinegar, Red Pepper, Garlic, Ginger, Rosemary, Cayenne Pepper.

Cucumber and Pepper Relish - A relish with a kick! Crunchy red peppers and cucumbers, in a tangy sauce flavoured with chilli flakes, mustard, turmeric and black pepper. This is a great relish for burgers, and is really good with pork pie. Ingredients: Cucumber (26%), Red Pepper (24%), Onion, White Wine Vinegar, Sugar, Cornflour, Mustard Powder, Rapeseed Oil, Dried Chilli Flakes, Turmeric, Pepper.
