Fruity Courgette Chutney: Sweet and fruity, full of loads of dried fruits and spices, perfect with cheese and biscuits, cold meats or a curry. This is also one of the few chutneys which has no onion or garlic in it, which is something we do get asked for on occasion.

Ingredients: Courgettes, Cider Vinegar, Raisins, Dried Apricots, Sugar, Apple. Ginger, Salt, Mustard Seeds, Spices.
